Mattia Pizza has been in Santa Cruz since 2018, and since then has been providing services such as catering events, and serving costumers at local breweries and wineries. The goal of our pizzas is to provide hand crafted high quality, unique experiences by combining different types of local flour and incorporating it into our dough by a process that we developed ourselves and are very passionate about.
